Steiner Cares is a neighborhood-based group that facilitates acts of service for the benefit of people in serious need of assistance within greater Austin.  Residents of Steiner Ranch join forces through Steiner Cares to:
 

       (1) organize and execute planned service projects for the
            benefit of Austin's homeless, working poor, and others in
            need of assistance, and
       (2) coordinate neighbor assistance efforts for families residing

            within Steiner Ranch that experience an unexpected
            tragedy or sudden emergency. 

Steiner Cares mobilizes Steiner to meet real needs.  In response, needs are met, lives are changed, and community is strengthened.
